Quality Management system of ANC netcontrol
Since it's foundation ANC netcontrol has been analyzing the operation processes and integrating them into a Quality Management system (QM system). Established tools are guidelines, check-lists and standardized forms. The staff is experienced in application of QM systems for years.
The certification institute (the VDE auditing and certification institute Offenbach) has approved the QM system of ANC netcontrol according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is valid up to June 2019.
The quality system is subject to ongoing perfection in order to include more and more business processes, even those without a direct link to customers. The central concept of this approach is Total Quality Management (TQM). The quality concept has hence become an all-encompassing idea covering all the areas of ANC netcontrol.

Within the course of the adaptation of the quality system to the new version of the standard (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), we have developed process-related quality parameters in order to quantify the success of the quality system and the ongoing improvement of processes. These parameters are used as steering tools in the various units of the company's structure.
